M13 footswitch issue

one of the footswitches on my M13 is starting to malfunction, sometimes it won't turn on and others it won't click off. i'm confused by this as i've been very carefull with the pedal since i got it about 6 months ago. i haven't overused it or been heavy handed so it has to be a problem with the actual board. it should be covered under warranty i assume?

    Here in the U.S. the product warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase on your new product sales receipt.

     

    In the U.K./Ireland (EU nations), I remember colleagues mentioning a different electronics warranty policy unique to each country/region, so those policies would override our 1 year warranty, I believe.

     

    The entity to ultimately assist in Servicing your unit would be our Line 6 UK office.
