emergency:no velocity-sensitivity on my pod studio KB37!

In windows environment ,when using kb37,the keyboard lost just one octive velocity-sensitivity,and because of this,I can't live performence!It reeeeally bothers me.And I don't think it is the hardware problems,because It only lost just one octive velocity-sensitivity in the middle part.can someone tell me why??please！！！Ｉreally need the answer right now.

    Hey panchangrui,

       

      What do mean when you say you have lost  one octave velocity sensitivity?

       

      Are the keys in a certain octave not velocity sensitive any more?

       

      Or does the octave select buttons not work correctly any more?

       

      What application are you using the KB37 with?

       

      Have you checked to make sure that the velocity for the effected keys is not set to a fixed value within what ever instrument module you are using it with?
