      Hi,

This issue could be related to a number of things. First check your connections.

Have you tried connecting to different USB Ports?

Are you using a USB hub?

Make sure you have the latest drivers installed:

      http://line6.com/software/

Then try the optimizations in our USB Troubleshooting Guide:

      Thanks,

      David

Hello David, I have deone everythign and my kb37 still does not update the flash memory and now it is with the Metters all the way to the right (maximum) and is not working.

CORRECTION: After a night withou slepping I decide to do it all again. I've tried for 5 times unplugin the USB cable withou luck. I than tried not to disconnect the cable. Suddunlly I got a differente error: (Code 80007209) Firmware version verification failed.

I than reinstall the firmware without unplugin the USB cable ant it updated. Tried again to update the Flash Memory and without unpluging the USB cable I got my kb37 back to work...

      happy again!!!!!!!
