Cannot get rid of distortion... (SPIDER IV 120W)

Hello there!

I'm currently experiencing some issues with my Spider IV 120W Amp.

Even though I have it on a clean setting. Distortion always comes out of the speakers of I strum the stings on my guitar to hard.

The issue just appeared and I doubt that I did anything wrong. I have tested with 3 different guitars and 2 different tele-cables, with the same result on all.

Is there a way to "reboot" my amp or is there a faulty part inside? Any ideas?

Try a factory reset first - hold the 'A' channel button in while powering on the amp.
