  I just tested this myself using the latest version ofLine 6 Monkey 1.43, and the POD HD is on the list, reference the screen shot below:

  I would suggest to uninstall the current version of Line 6 software that you have installed, and make sure and install the latest versions from the link below:

  Windows Drivers 4.2.4.9:
