Parallel Effects

I asked this earlier but received no responses.  Maybe I just asked it incorrectly...By just using the HD500, without hooking it up to a computer, how do you set up an effect parallel to another effect?  I could always just use and existing patch that has a couple of effects run in parallel and change it but there must be a way to set one up from scratch..Thanks..

    Hi

     

    In HD500 Edit create a split path (by default, the split is the part before the mixer block) by dragging one effect into the upper half of the split and the other effect into the lower half of the split.  You can have the amp model before the split, after the mixer block or you can have two amp models in the split.

     

    You can do the same thing from the hardware itself, but using HD500 Edit as described is probably the easiest for you.
