How does the fx loop on the pod hd500 integrate with the dt25?

Hi
I have just received the pod hd500 and the DT25 amp. My old rig consists of a Laney LC30 mkii, a Boss GT8 and various pedals.
I generally used compression (and sometimes eq) as the starting point for every patch, put my overdrive pedals into the fx loop on the GT8, and I placed a BBE sonic maximiser in the fx loop on the Laney.
I'd like to do a similar thing with the new rig, but not sure if I can. Is it possible to use the fx loop on both the pod and dt amp simultaneously, or does this not work?
Thank you for your time
tech questions like this would be better asked in the DT25 forum. see the link at the bottom of this linked page: http://line6.com/support/community/support/
but to be a little more helpful... I know the HD500 loop will work, but I'm not 100% sure of the amp's loop. you can try it, as I'm sure it'll either work or it wont... There wont be any risk of damaging anything, otherwise those doing the testing on that amp would have found the issue.
I would think it may work as the loop on the amp is after the amps preamp and before the poweramp. the POD HD would take the place of the DT25's preamp when using L6Link, and so both loops should be available... that's my guess.
Let us know how you get on

Thanks for that.
I shall let you know how it works out...unfortunately the Pod HD that I received only worked for a matter of minutes before the LCD display backlight failed. I called the Australian distributor, believing that they would simply swap it for a new one (given that it had come out of the box maybe 20 minutes before it failed). Alas the guy I ended up talking to insisted that I had to send ot to be repaired. Hopefully I will get it back in the next couple of days.
Really looking forward to setting the rig up. Have played the amp at 5 gigs so far since it arrived and it has been fantastic. Can't wait to get both up and running
Take care
After almost a month I finally received a replacement POD unit. Alas the effects loops does not work simultanesouly on the POD and DT amp. Shame really!
Stay in the mix and in the know.
