FBV SHORTBOARD™ MkII and spider jam

I have a spider jam and just got FBV SHORTBOARD™ MkII and I updated the board but when I wanted to update the amp, line 6 monkey doesnt see it but it see's the board. I have checked "all" cables and they work fine and I even reinstalled monkey, can anyone help me?
