Loose a/c power adapter to receiver?

I have just purchased a new relay G30, I am having problems with the a/c power adapter. When I plug it into the floor reciever it seems really loose and i can "wiggle" it around. Is there a fix or something else.

 

Is this a common problem?

    Hey jackalope123,

       

      The jack does have a tiny bit of play, that is normal for the unit. If yours is rather loose and "wiggling" then I would suggest you have your dealer compare it some other units they have in stock to see how it compares and if it is damaged or not. If it is damaged you ask your dealer if they can exchange it for you, or contact a local Line 6 Service Center for repair. Here are some Line 6 Service Centers in your area:
