In the early hours of the morning, I was working on some songs I had recorded. Since I did not have my daily dose of coffee yet, I was still a bit groggy and misread the words as "erase this internal recording" to "erase all internal recordings". After I clicked yes, I realized my mistake.

Is there any way to recover the recordings? I have yet to record in the off chance that amp recovery is similar to hard drive recovery.
