Pod Farm 2.51 not receiving input audio from Toneport UX1

I had just installed all drivers for toneport ux1, pod farm 1 and pod farm 2 with updates to version 2.51 in addition to the latest version of Monkey. No updates are shown in Monkey. The device is hooked up properly to my computer, and green light is on the device. Audio was being transmitted earlier, but suddenly the sound dropped off and no signal is being received in Pod Farm. I've disconnected the device several times and restarted my computer.
When audio was being received prior to complete drop off, there were sporadic moments of signal lag. What could explain all these occurences, and how can I fix it?
I checked your account and see that the UX1 does not have the POD Farm 2 license active, even with the UX1 and your Vista PC authorized. Also, with you saying no updates are shown in Monkey, does this mean everything in Monkey is showing as updated? Please clarify.
Please unplug all unneccessary USB devices, reboot, then connect the UX1 and run the License Manager. Afterwards, see how the UX1 acts first with system sounds and streamnig audio like youtube. Then try POD Farm 2.51 and tell us the results.
To help us determine if this is a configuration issue, please try to install and use the UX1 on another computer. We have an FAQ full of suggestions to clear up configuration issues if it comes to that: http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-4282
Actually my UX1 is authorized for Pod Farm 2. The UX1 device began receiving the guitar signal after I reinstalled all the line 6 software and reinstalled Monkey, updated drivers, and installed only Pod Farm 2 and not Pod Farm 1.
I'm currently running v2.51 and it's working fine as of now.
Thanks for your help.
