Flextone 3 controls have a delay before taking effect

Does anyone know if this is normal?All of the controls react very slowly, a good 3 or 4 seconds after i move them. There is also an occasional volume drop.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Hi,

     

    I haven't heard of this issue before. It could be a hardware related issue but try a factory rest and see that helps the behavior:

     

    hold the A and D Buttons while powering up for 8 seconds.
