FBV express problem (after power on vol lights, nothing else)

I have a problem with FBV express contoller using with SpiderII 112 combo.

After the controller is powered on the vol led is on, but it's not working.

Tried calibrating with 2 methods, it was unsuccessful.

Tried with 5 different cable but still not working.

Is the old FBV express (not MKII) compatibile with SpiderII 112 combo? (Because I had the same problem with a POD 2.0 "pedal vesion" so the older one)

Please advise ho to go on

Hi,

The Spider II is compatible with the FBV Express. Is it possible for you to try the pedal with another Line 6 device? This will help determine if the problem is with the pedal or the amplifier.

  Meanwhile we checked it with more types of Spider amps nopt only II, but the problem remains. So something sholud be wrong with the pedal itself.
  
  Have you got experience of this problem in other cases? Maybe I can fix it myself, as I have skills in electronics.
  I'm living in Hungary, and do not know about Line6 service/support in this country.
