Echo Park power supply issues

I have the Echo Park pedal and would like to use a power supply with it.  I cannot find one that came with the pedal (if one did actually come with the pedal), so I purchased the DC - 1G that was recommended from the Line 6 website.  I plug it in and nothing happens.  Am I doing something wrong?  Did I get the wrong power supply?  The pedal works with a battery, so I know it works.  It has hardly been used, so it should be in good shape.  Any suggestions?

No, the DC-1g is the correct power supply. Did you connect a 1/4" instrument cable into the MONO/L input jack? Also, sometimes you might want to remove the 2 hex bolts on the side of the dock and then de-press the circular release tab. This allows you to remove the effect module and inspect the contact pins. Clean them and re-seat the module back into the dock and re-test.

+1 to L6Perry.  Do you have the instrument cable plugged in?

BTW . . . The power supplies do noy come standard with the pedal (so you didn't lose it).  If the battery is working, and the power supply is not, I'm wondering if you got a bad power supply.  Can you take it to the store where you bought it and try a different one?
