OK - hopefully this one is an easy fix for you. It sounds like the Edit session corrupted the current patch on your HD Pro and when you turn the unit on again it's trying to re-load that patch.
What often works in a situation like this is to reset the POD's Global Parameters, which also defaults the start-up patch to Best of HD and 1A Son of Plexi. No guarantees that it will work for you but try it. Hold down the LEFT button on the 4-way Nav Pad and switch the POD ON.
If you get lift-off, then copy a good patch over the location of the patch you were editing to kill it and any nonsense it might inflict on your POD's ability to start up properly.
If that doesn't work, then I would recommend that you refresh your POD's Flash Memory. You can usually force the POD HD series to UPDATE FLASH on the LCD screen by holding the DOWN button on the 4 way Nav Pad as you power up. Just ensure that you have your POD connected to your computer by USB and that you can access the POD using Line 6 Monkey in the normal way (I'd use Monkey version 1.43 as there are currently some issues with the latest release and Monkey 1.43 does still work.
