The first thing to try is adjusting your presets incase somehow it was a simple parameter change that caused the bad tone. The next step is try and reset the amp, which will erase previous presets, to do so:
Hold down A, B ,C, and D while powering the unit on.
If this does not fix the problem, the next step is to have a Line 6 Service Center assess the amp for repair. You can locate a service center in your area by using our finder available at the link below:
