I just received my Tone Core DSP Development Kit. The unit appears to be completely dead. I installed the softwre, plugged in a fresh battery, connected a cable to the (mono/l) input, and then connected the pedal to the computer via a USB cable, with no response of any kind. I see no LED activity, and the unit is not recognized by the computer. I've tried differenet batteries, rebooting the computer, reinstalling the USB ports, etc. with no improvement. Any advice?
