please use these directions:
FBV Shortboard Mk. II
-Hold the D button while connecting the CAT-5 cable on the FBV. The display will read “CALIBRATE PEDAL” until the D button is released, at which point it will read “1 PEDAL TOE”.
-Press and hold the internal pedal toe-switch until the LCD changes to “2 PEDAL MIN”. This should occur instantly.
-Set the heel to (minimum) position, press the D button. The LCD will change to “3 LCD MAX”.
-Set the toe position (maximum) and press the D button. The LCD will change to “CHECK VALUE 127”.
-Move the pedal and verify that the value reaches 0 in the minimum position and 127 in the maximum position.
-Press D to exit
if this does not help, please contact your Line6 dealer

Please note: Sometimes support ticket notifications will be filtered to spam and junk folders. If you did not receive an email from us indicating that a ticket has been created, please make sure to check those folders in your email host, and also that your email account is receiving messages at all. You may also consider adding Line 6 to your safe senders list.
