My PODxt Live says it is connected to Monkey (v1.51) via USB but is "ESN unknown" and the "USB Firmware unknown"  .... If I disconnect the USB cable under  "connection" it will say none ... if I reconnect the USB cable it says "connected" ...

The Drivers say it needs to be updated to 7.1.3 but it will NOT install via MIDI ...

It is recognizing the USB as connected, but with unknown ESN and unknown USB firmware, therefore when I attempt to update the USB firmware I get -

"Could not establish a connection to the PODxt Live PLease check your USB connections"

Under USB Frimware it says - "This item is installed, but its version could not be determined"

I am VERY frustrated after spending hours trying to get PODxt Live going, searching the forums, FAQ's and posting questions that NEVER get answered .... HELP

I use my PODxt Live with a VDI cable and my Variax weekly for worship at church and now I can't tweek any of my guitars or sounds .... Does anyone even read these?????
