  Hi,
  I bought a second hand pocketpod and I tried to update flash memory but when I unplug/plug(holding down bk button) the USB the pocket is going on Flash mode , so the update is not going further..;I tried the procedure on mac (Lion) and PC ( windows 7) but no result...
  How I do??

  Today I tried again with a new usb cable than the one provided by the previous ownerand it worked fine on my mac.....
