Pod Farm: ILok activation code already redeemed (Error: 8727)

Just bought Pod Farm and it says it has already been activated? This is strange due to the fact that I hhad bought this product new. Can someone help me with this? Or create a support ticket to correct this issue? Please I am dying to use this plug-in!
