Is the TBP12 compatible with xdv70 or xdv30 receivers?

I have both handhead mic systems and I'd like to add the option of using a lav mic when I need to. Will it work?

Sure will !

However you'll only be able to use the first six of the TBP12's twelve channels with an XD-V30.

(Click on the pink pic at left for details of the super versatile rig that I run, ...based around XD-V70's with both TBP and THH12's.)

  I have a XD-V70 and in a while a Relay G50... could I use the TBP12 provided in the G50 box with the XD receiver? I need to use a headset mic

    You can freely interchange and inter-operate all of the gear you mention, Rocco.
    
    Regarding headset mics, Line 6 have some beauties that are considerably cheaper than anyone else's, but this excellent document created by Dan Cornett is also well worth checking:

    My favourites are the Crown CM-311 AE-SH for "musical" PA and monitor applications, or (not on the document) the Samson SE50 for the spoken word.
