Hello Wake21,     I have a condenser microphone that I use, but every time I use it it has a rumbling noise. I am not sure if it is damaged or not, but I do know that condenser microphones are very susceptible to water droplets from the air. Sometimes I have fixed it by putting the mic above a heater for a long time (in a plastic bag), but I still have problems. Sometimes the noise can be very loud and other times less loud.  Could this be the problem with your microphone?
