I have had my spider jam for a few years a love it.  I can't hear my guitar for some reason.  I reset the amp, and I don't have any problem hearing the plug buzzing going in.

I can also hear the backing guitar tracks etc.  It's plugged into the guitar outlet.  I also hit the tune button, but it's not showing my guitar tuning.  It's like the guitar is on mute.
