Where is my Pod Farm License??

I just purchased a UX1 with the Pod Farm software included. I successfully downloaded Pod Farm 2.5 as well and updated the drivers. The problem is when I activate Pod Farm 2.5 it tells me I have not purchased a License? I ran License Manager and it says my computer is authorized. Where is my license???
Running Windows Vista.
Anyone???
Did you register on the site here
I registered the UX1 on the Line6 website.
did you purchase it new, or used?
Check under the UX1 tab in License Manager and take a look at what you are licensed for. If your UX1 has a license, it should read POD Farm 2
If you do not see POD Farm 2, but only POD Farm, then you need to install POD Farm 1.12.
There is no UX1 tab that I can see when I run License Manager. There is nothing under Add-ons either. It just says at the top that my computer is authorized.
Look under "Devices" It should show up right under "My Computer" It will be in red. It's not really a tab, as much as a link"
Not there. . .just says under devices that my computer is authorized. It also says in small script below that that I am using 1 out of 4 active devices. Don't know what that means either.
Something is askew! ![]()
You do have the UX1 plugged into a USB port, and it is being recognized by your PC, right?
Definitely. The green light on the UX1 turns from red to green when I plug it into my computer via the USB port.
Can someone please resolve this matter? Meanwhile, my UX1 is lying here doing nothing.
Problem resolved! After watching the Youtube tutorial, my mistake was that I installed the disk that came with the UX1. . .instead of downloading the newer version of Pod Farm 2.5 off the Line 6 website first. By following the instructions on the video, the installation worked like a charm!
Could you please email me the link to that video? I am also having trouble with the same problem.
