G90 Base (clipping) ?

So yesterday I was playing , my screen on the base is selected Blue. One time I looked over and swear I noticed the screen possibly change to RED and maybe say "clipping" is this possible ? And how do I fix this.

I am running on the latest 2.0 firmware for base and transmitter,

Thanks

Yes ... it is included in V2.0 but it may be a little confusing as exactly what it means.

Also included in V2.0 is a output level control.  If the level is turned up too much  then it is possible that the receiver's analog output could clip.  Try backing it down 1 or 2 dB.

As far as I know there are not yet any new manuals for Relay and V2.0 firmware.  I wasn't even aware of it until I read your post from yesterday.  I'm also not certain that the feature will remain in as it doesn't actually indicate clipping in the manner that most people would expect.  There isn't really anything for the user to do  as it is an automatic feature

Best I could tell you is to take a look at the XD-V75 owner's manual for right now.

Yes ... in "setup" there is now a "output level" control.

What I meant is that it may be removed from future firmware revisions.  It's still up in the air.
