Good Evening everyone, I trust that you're all doing well.

I have a rather large problem. I picked up the HD400 earlier today, brought it home and started messing around with everything. After a while of playing I set everything up on my PC. Installed Monkey, the drivers, and everything- except for the flash memory. When I went to install the FM, this is the screen that I got:

So, as you see literally everything is good. My hardwear is located, my firmware/drivers are installed, but the FM is not working. Can anyone help me figure out why this is happening?

For the record I have done all of the obvious troubleshooting things;
Uninstall drivers and reinstall
Uninstall all Line6 Programs and reinstall
Reboot PC after each install/uninstall
Switch USB ports
Switch Computers
