Hello, I have this unit for around 3 years and it didn't start to pose problems till recently. I bought it off my local store here in Singapore. The 'OUTPUT' and 'HEADPHONE' knobs on top of the unit seem to be a bit off. I would need to fiddle with it to get any sound out of the left or right side on my monitors. It would just be on one side if I don't fiddle with it.

Any suggestions? Is there anyway I could send it for repairs?
