No, you can not to this with POD Farm or the GX.

What DAW are you using?

Some DAW's have a time strech plug-in that will allow you to stretch (or shrink) the time without changing the pitch. Usually the longer you stretch the worse it sounds, but it might help.

You could try the Slow Downer.
