Using custom tones with my UX2  - having issues...

I have a UX2 with podfarm 2.53 all drivers are fully upto date via the monkey, windows 7 service pack 1 all upto date etc, verified in licence manager all devices and packs active and working i have the metal shop and fx model packs, unit works fine for me except if I go to custom tones on the line6 site, I don't see the ux2 supported in equipment list, so i picked podfarm instead, if I just pick a tone (download it) I can use podfarm 2.5 top area to open that tone & I get how to save the tone (i think), I created a custom tones folder and have it saving that new tone to that folder, which when I refresh it does sweep thru that folder too, I choose save as, name it, target podfarm 2, I put it in that custom tones folder and I verify i have all the model packs to use that tone - but later when I go back some of the tones are gone and a few show but won't load I get errors saying I need to refresh the tones.

Where should I be saving these custom tones to so that line 6 sees them each time?  I tried copy pasting the custom tones content into the main guitar/fxheavy folder but same issues.

In the options area of custom tones I picked podfarm as my equipment since I didn't see UX2, is that even right? A lot of the time the tones do load and work but after I close and come back is where I am having a problem they are gone or won't load right the 2nd time I go to use them.

Some don't even load but ones i do get to load and play with and even save aren't always there when I restart the pod I have also done the refresh thing it says but it doesn't find these tones again.

Probably something very simple I am not doing right but I figured if I am IN the tone and its working and I save the tone it should be there later, but it'sprobably user error (my end).
