How do I connect this FBV shortboard to my computer?

I just bought a used FBV shortboard, thinking I was getting a MIDI foot controller.  When it arrived, I only have an RJ-45 jack that says "To Amp" and an external expression pedal jack.  Did I get the wrong board?
