  As of right now ... it's any minute.  The completed app was submitted over a week ago.

    It appears that it may be available in an overseas version of the App Store - but not currently in the US version.

     

    Any input on this "dilemma?"

  GOT IT! Looks as though it "went live" late yesterday.

   

  It is now available in the US App Store.
