USB HD500

Hace pocas semanas mi pc no reconoce el pedal, estuve revisando el puerto usb y creo que al conectar el cable al puerto doble unos de los pines, y esto me ha impedido reiniciar el hd500 (algo urgente), quisiera saber si es posible con un tecnico autorizado reparar esta parte del POD, de antemano muchas gracias!!!

        ¿Por qué no le pide al técnico? Solamente buscar una dirección cercana y enviar un e-mail. Eso es todo.
