POD HD Pro and Variax Tyler Tuner not working

The tuner on my HD Pro works with my other guitars but not the Variax Tyler, I remember it was working a fews days ago. What could be the cause and how to fix it?

I don't have a Variax, but I guess same applies to Variax, so this is not tested by me. But you can do.
The tuner only works over Input-1 Source. Maybe on SETUP page 3/10, you have your normal Guitars on Input-1, and your Variax switched to input-2 source.
