Podfarm Reverb question

Hi,

 

About using the reverb effect in podfarm, why did Line6 use percentages opposed to miliseconds to specify the amount of Pre-delay for the effect?

As an example a song has 100 beats per minute, what percentage would it have to be to get a pre-delay of a 16th note?
