RELAY G90 - PROBLEM (ON OFF ?)

I\m using relay g90 with two transmitters for over 2 years - done a lot of gigs with it - small bitter etc

Today I had my big show and I haad a big suprice ...

Once I've turned off TRANSMITTER 1 (GUITAR 1) and took the TRANSMITTER 2 (GUITAR 2) - i've started to play a riff and then after 20 second signal got lost and after 5 seconds it went back ...

It happen again after 2 minutes into thesame song - i've noticed that ONLY TRANSMITER STATUS PANEL went off - AUDIO/BATTERY/RF dissapired and anfter 5 seconds went back

Happand ONLY with GUITAR two transmitter ...

then i changed my guitar to GUITAR 1 with TRANSMITER 1 and played whole song with not signal lost ...

then again next song took the G2/T2 and again two times SIGNAL GOT LOST - can someone tell me what the hell is goin one?

MORE IMPORTANT: the whole unit was working - on the 3 panels on the left side of the unit went gone for 3 to 5 second few times ....

1.battery was new (checked)

2.all of the transmiter status panels were GREEN - nearly full - so no battery and signal problems

please help - its very strange that it only happens with second trasmitter ...

it this a problem with the WHOLE relay unit or transmitter?

Re: RELAY G90 - PROBLEM (ON OFF ?)

If you are getting green LEDs on the RF ladder then the radio is working properly.  Most likely in this case is that you are not getting signal into the transmitter that is not producing audio.  Try swapping the input cable.

If the RF LEDs on the receiver are going off (or red) that would indicate a radio drop out.  Drop outs can happen because of faulty hardware or local conditions.

Have you looked at the troubleshooting doc in the "documents" section of this page?  If that all checks out then you should contact our service department and have the transmitter checked.
