Hi,i have bought metal chop model pack but, the first time i try install i have recived this error: Code 80007104) Failed write to firmware. well.....i try second time and the installation is sucefull, but when I  load the amps in gearbox or pod xt  all I get is a direct single with no processing....

What is the solution for that?? can i reinstall model pack¿
