What firmware is in my XD-V70?

How can I tell what firmware is loaded in my XD-V70 receiver?  When I hold down the "Push to Set" knob and power up I see "MCU1.05 FPGA1.05" and RX212.  Is this the firmware version?

 

Also- is there a way to tell what's loaded in the Mics & TPB12's?
