No sound after switching channels (randomly)

After switching channels there is no more sound from spider valve mk 2 hd 100 till restart of the amp.

The problem appears on different banks and in different channels. After there is no more sound you can switch to any channel and no sound can be heard. If you turn the amp off and on again the sound works. Does anyone know this problem and got a reason for it?

    Did you ever get it figured out?

     

    It sounds like a tricky one to try and pinpoint the problem. All I can really suggest is check all cables and footpedals and any other connections and volume levels on everything.

     

    If none of that works I'd probably try a reset of the amp but make sure you have all your favorite patches saved and backed up somewhere first.
