I'm recently got rid of my Floor Pod Plus in favor of a HD300. I recently joind the Line 6 community to see if there were any tone settings that might help me get close to the tones I want out of the new guitar I have. The problem I'm having is that when I click on "Get Tone", I receive this message (this is just an example; the File says, "Mesa Rythm KSE (3).h3e":

Any ideas on how to overcome this?
