Hi all, I wondered if anyone had any tips to get the best out of the Spider Valve 112 playing at low volume in an apartment?

I play mostly blues on a Strat and also use my acoustic on a clean setting with a bit of reverb. I'm quite happy with the sounds so far but as I've only just got the amp was wondering if anyone in the community had any tips to getting a great tube sound at low volume.

Should I have maybe gone for a Line 6 20W amp instead of the 40W Spider Valve?
