POD HD500 patches Compatible with HD300?

As I have used or modified my sounds on the HD300 using a Spider amp, all is well sound wise. However, I play at church with the HD300 through our sound system (your above average system) and everything sounds different. Our lead guitar player has several patches that he uses on his HD500 that sound great. Will his patches transfer to the HD300?
