POD FARM as bypass. No Output ONLY in DAW

I have my POD Studio UX1 and I have Cubase 5. I was working as usual until tonight, I went to Cubase 5 and I was getting ready for work, when I put the insert Pod Farm effects I can not hear nothing. Only dry sound of my guitar. I closed PodFarm Cubase and went independent, but there was no problem, sounded perfect, my problem is in Cubase 5, I can not hear the effects. What will be happening?
