AT2020 condenser microphone (NOT THE USB VERSION) is not turning on when I hook up to my pod UX2 interface and computer?

My microphone that i just bought wont turn on. I plugged in the microphone cable to my microphone and plugged the other end to my 48V phantom power interface(Line 6 pod UX2) then i plugged the USB cord that hooks up to the interface and computer but my microphone didn't turn on. Is there a way to get my microphone working?

Have you selected the UX2 MIC Input jack as the input source in Pod Farm (or whatever program you are using on your computer)? Have you activated the phantom power on the UX2 (a switch/button?)
