acoustic sound

hi guys,

            I hope you guys can help me, are there any tones in the hd500 that would give me a acoustic sound , please let me know,

    Some folks use a very clean amp patch with a touch of chorus and reverb, but it's only a very rough approximation.  There is no acoustic simulator in the HD PODs.

    If you are talking about getting an acoustic tone from an electric guitar (i.e. Acoustic simulator) then no, the HD does not have one of those.  The Variaxes have this as a built in function but it is not included with the Pods. 

     

    If however, you have an acoustic guitar and you want to use it with the POD, there are tones in the POD.  Checkout the setlist entitled 'Bass/Aco/Vox' as a starting point.  There are some decent patches there.
