Get Fender Bassman sound through Spider IV (Social Distortion)

Hi!

I'm using a Gison Les Paul Standard and a Spider IV 120 W (2x10). I'm looking for that "in your face" distortion that Mike Ness gets out of his modified '57 Fender Bassman. Any help is appreciated!

I finally managed to get the tone I was looking for using the Class A red channel and "classic distortion" in FX1. I use my bridge pickup coil tapped and I play with my volume to switch from a dirty clean sound to a creamy lead.
