iv 75 preset sound settings will not stay when selected

This is a brand new issue. I am using the FBV MKII pedal with a spider iv75

When i select a preset sound it will revert to a different sound whie playing. It happens with or without the

pedal hooked up. Pretty much it is unusable. I updated the flash memory on both the pedal and amp with no change

 

Any information on this will be a huge help

    Do you mean it is changing to a different preset, or just that the sound is changing?  It sounds like it may be 'loose knob creep' - movement of a knob (from vibration), which 'wakes up' that control, changing the sound to wherever that knob is set.  One way past this, when using presets, is to back all the controls down to '0' first, then select your preset.
