Spider IV 75 reverb issue

When starting my spider 4 75, program comes up on screen then after 5 seconds goes to reverb settings. Cannot switch programs or get out of reverb settings. Tried to reset amp. Same result. Any ideas on a fix?

Sounds like the reverb control knob may be 'waking up' constantly. Before turning on the amp, turn the reverb knob 'off' (all the way counterclockwise), see if that works.
