I have a Pod UX-2 and have upgraded to Pof Farm 2.5 a while ago.  I haven't used it in forever but purchased a new computer and would like to be able to use Pod Farm 2.5

(which I paid a pretty penny for) on it and I always get the not authorized to use on this computer.  I even transfered my liscense from the UX-2 to My Guitar port to be able to carry it around.

I wanted to be able to use the VST version without my Line6 interface (which PF2.5 is advertized and sold to be capable of being independently used.  I have grown fond of using

my Guitar Rig Kontrol for its 24 bit capability.  I was able to use PF 2.5 on my previous laptop which is sadly DEAD.  But is there a hoop I need to jump through here?.

I've been using Line6 products since the origional Bean and progressed through their lineup as they evolved (heck I even have an HD-500).  And bought every software upgrade along the way.
