Part number for HD500 DC input jack replacement?

Like many other owners of the HD500, I stepped on the DC plug and borked the input jack.

 

Does anyone know the part number so I can order a replacement?

 

I'm not referring to the power supply/wall wart, btw.  I need the female jack that's soldered to the PCB.
